I didn't want to write this, but since the front desk and manager couldn't be bothered to help, here I am. We checked in to our first room, which had dirty sinks and bathtub, but, whatever. That happens, and it was Thanksgiving. Then we discovered that the AC/heater was leaking water and had saturated the carpet a foot and a half beyond the wall. My toddler's feet were soaked through his slippers. They brought in a repairman who said we needed to change rooms. So I packed up all of our things that I'd just put out, along with the baby proofing I'd done to all the outlets, and we moved one floor down. Then the nightmare really began. Upon entry, we were hit with a strong chemically perfumey smell and the smell of cigarettes. We all immediately got sore throats and itchy eyes. It reeked of cigarette smoke the entire 3 days, despite it being a "100% smoke free floor." The bathtub had no fixtures and had empty holes where plumbing would have been. Needless to say, it didn't work, and the whole reason I paid up for a room with a bathtub was so that I could give my toddler a bath. That didn't happen. Speaking of my toddler, he discovered that the window didn't latch and there was no screen. We caught him before he climbed up, but he could have easily fallen out the window. Also, I noticed blood on the sheets. When we checked out, the person working said there was nothing he could do since we booked through Capital One. We tried to talk to a manager but he was too busy to be bothered. Easily the worst hotel experience I've had in 20 years of travel.

Check in by nick, no hello, no info on hotel, only 2 things he said, do u want water (hilton diamond member) and breakfast isn't included. The room was run down, ironing board and iron missing, long blond hairs all over the place, lamp shade just sitting on top of light bulb, shower water head way to high up and did not fit inside holder, paint peeling from wall, breakfast buffet no self service, 16.95 and the the waitree has ro bring your food to you. Cook is very rude, at checkout daily food and beverage not applied was told by front desk clerk. The credit of 10 person was per stay not per day. Had to go to hotel gm, horrible stay, staff overall not accommodating will not return to this location. Not of Hilton standards but close to dining and stores, rooms are small..

Really nice people working at the hotel. Any questions I had or issues were promptly addressed. My room was vary clean. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was nice. Full standup shower is a plus. Shower could use a tiny bit better cleaning. The restaurant had very good food, and a nice bar. I was very pleased with the stay here. There is a mild odder in one of the back hallways near the exercise area.

The hotel was outdated with ripped carpet, black mold in the bathroom shower, horrible air quality with loud outdated A/C unit and just overall not representative of the Hilton brand. We stayed here as part of a wedding block for a wedding but I would encourage those to stay elsewhere as this hotel needs major updating and better maintenance and cleaning.

This was a family get together as the venue was close by and we stayed for 4 nights. As a location, it’s pretty good, close to the highway and thus easy to get to and get out of. The staff are very pleasant and efficient ( especially “Lan” the waitress of Chinese/ Vietnamese background who infects you with happiness). She made breakfast an event to look forward to. There is plenty of parking. But sadly, that’s about where all the good points of this hotel end. First and foremost, hygiene is a major concern. One of the dirtiest carpets that I have seen and the gym makes you not want to work out. They claim that they don’t change sheets daily to save costs😳. No drinking water in the rooms. Air quality, not surprising, is poor and would definitely hurt those with asthma and allergies. This hotel is definitely outdated and needs a makeover.
